Details: The tenth through twentieth floors and penthouse of this 21-story landmark high-rise in downtown Battle Creek are being
converted to luxury residential suites.
Kalamazoo-based developer and contractor, The Hinman Company, selected Contractors Mechanical for design-build of domestic water and sanitary
piping systems for the adaptive-reuse project with unique plans floor by floor, housing 1100 to 2600 square foot units. In addition designing
and retro-fitting systems to integrate into an existing structure, project challenges also require exceptional planning to minimize any inconvenience
or disruption to commercial tenants occupying lower floors.
