Copper Beech selected Contractors Mechanical to construct plumbing systems for their 300-unit property in Mt. Pleasant, MI near the Central Michigan University campus, and for their new 207-unit student housing project in Allendale, MI, near Grand Valley State University. The townhomes feature one to four bedroom floor plans ranging from 650 up to 1,560 square feet, with unique multi-bedroom units designed to provide roommates with private room quarters and shared living spaces in the homes. |
