Details: Water conservation is among performance considerations contributing to the sustainable design and construction that will
support the initiative to earn USBGB LEED certification for Northpointe Banks’ Corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Contractors
Mechanical provided design-build services for domestic water and wastewater management systems for the 4-story, 80,000+ square-foot structure. With
a goal of achieving a minimum of at least a 20% reduction in water usage water, conservation strategies include use of low flow fixtures with sensors
and automated controls throughout the building. Recognized nationally for their sustainable design and green expertise, Integrated Architecture,
