Details: University Village on the campus of Michigan State University will feature 76 four-bedroom apartments in 8, two- and
three-story buildings for junior and senior students. With innovative design and comfort features that many off-campus private developers have
made popular with students, residents will share living and kitchen spaces while enjoying separate personal spaces with bedrooms and bathrooms.
Contractors Mechanical provided design-build and is constructing domestic water, sanitary, and gas piping systems totaling $800,000 for the project,
being constructed for MSU by The Christman Company, Lansing, Michigan.
