Contractors Mechanical Appoints Jerry Schauer Vice President of Estimating
Southwest Michigan - Jerry Schauer has been appointed Vice President of Estimating at Contractors Mechanical. Among the first to join
the firm in 1982, Schauer’s move from Vice President/Project Manager to Vice President of Estimating places all project estimating through
final bid submission and design-build responsibilities under his supervision. As a long-time member of the executive team at Contractors Mechanical,
he also shares strategic planning and lead-management responsibilities for the firm.
“Jerry’s leadership and direction as a member of our senior management team has helped us grow the firm and establish our large
presence in the industrial, commercial, and multi-unit segments. He has a tremendous knowledge of mechanical systems design and technology and
was instrumental in helping us develop the protocols for our ProView™ Plan Analysis process for ensuring the most accurate upfront bidding.
His aptitude and talent for solving complex challenges has proven invaluable,” say Mark Dobbins, President. “Jerry’s role as

Schauer holds Master Licenses in Michigan, Indiana, West Virginia, Nebraska, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Arkansas and a Mechanical
and Boiler License in Michigan.
