Contractors Mechanical Selected for Twin Mississippi Hotel Projects
Southwest Michigan - Gulfport, Mississippi will have two new hotels soon with the construction of a new 108-unit Residence Inn by Marriott
and 137-unit Hilton Garden Inn. MW Builders, Overland Park, Kansas, selected Contractors Mechanical to construct gas piping, domestic water,
and waste water systems for both Mississippi hotels. The two four-story hotel projects on adjacent sites near the Gulfport/Biloxi, MS International
Airport are being constructed simultaneously. The combined $1,958,000 projects for Contractors Mechanical are among several recent Southeastern
US projects the company has been awarded.

hotels are nice additions to our portfolio of hospitality projects—one of our areas of specialty. The Mississippi location also fits right
into our current expansion into Southeastern markets and other regions of the country.”
Working closely with MW Builder’s Project Manager Jeff Munden, Contractors Mechanical assigned Dusty Skaggs, Project Manager and Site Foreman,
to Mississippi oversee Contractors Mechanical’s work on the two hotel projects. Posing an interesting site challenge, an airport facilities
building is situated between the two hotels and must remain operational until the hotels are completed.
