Florida Condominium Project Expands Contractors Mechanical’s Presence in Southeastern Markets
Southwest Michigan - Contractors Mechanical is constructing domestic and wastewater piping and plumbing systems at Mariners Key Condominiums,
West Palm Beach, Florida—one of several Southeastern US projects recently awarded to Contractors Mechanical.
Straticon Construction Services, a Richland, MI-based construction management company with a Southeast Division office in Hollywood, FL selected
Contractors Mechanical for the project.
The upscale, garden-style condominium community is located on the west shoreline along West Palm Beach’s intracoastal waterway. Comprised
of five three-story buildings on a 10-acre site, Mariners Key is being renovated and converted into a garden-style condominium community with
210 one- to three-bedroom, 700 to 1615 square-foot units.
Working with Dave Castle, Straticon Senior Project Manager, and Troy Constantine, Straticon Site Project Manager, Ryan Ligman is Contractors Mechanical’s
Project Manager for the $2,090,000 plumbing project. Occupancy at Mariners Key is projected for February, 2008.
