e-valuate Us

As business people, we all know, “customers often vote with their feet.” So here at Contractors Mechanical, we feel extremely fortunate that the “traffic” we see is coming our way, and we appreciate the solid and loyal relationships we enjoy with so many clients. We know that it’s more than luck. And we know that we cannot and never will become complacent.

It’s why we continuously look at ways to improve our company and services. We’ve developed programs that ensure due diligence, from plan analysis and bidding to quality workmanship and performance to quality assurance. We have implemented processes to ensure that we select talented people with the ability, skills, and aptitude to deliver on those promises and have empowered them with the resources and tools to succeed.

One of the newest tools of our Process Improvement Initiative is the Contractors Mechanical e-valuation. At the completion of a project, we invite our clients to participate in a brief online satisfaction survey to evaluate our performance—sharing your opinions regarding our firm, our people, our processes, and our work. Certainly, we know we’re not always perfect; nobody is. But we’ll always try to be—and if a problem occurs, we WILL always make it right. We will never disappoint a client. The information you provide in the e-valuation will be used to identify opportunities for improvement.

The survey answers are always kept confidential, and respondents have the option to remain anonymous. However, those who elect to include their identity may also include a designated charity of their choice. We’ll make a $50 cash donation to the respondent’s charity in appreciation for the time and the valuable feedback. If you like, you can view a sample survey on our website at www.contractors-mechanical.com.

So when you have the occasion to tell us how we’re doing, please tell it like it is. Like everyone, we like to hear it when we’re doing well. And we need to hear it if by chance we have not met your every expectation. Thanks.
