The Contractors Mechanical e-valution is one of the tools of our Process Improvement Initiative that helps us to continuously improve and ensure
customer satisfaction. At the completion of a project, we invite our customers to participate in a brief online customer satisfaction survey to
evaluate our performance—sharing their opinions regarding our firm, our people, our processes, and our work. The information provided is
used to identify our strengths and our opportunities for improvement.
While all survey answers are kept confidential and customers have the option to remain anonymous, survey participants may also elect to include
their identity along with the name of a designated charity of their choice. As a gesture of appreciation to customers for taking the time to share
their input and thoughts with us, Contractors Mechanical makes a $50 cash donation in the customer’s name to their designated charity.
