Our project managers and field managers work closely together and communicate frequently with owner representatives and construction contractors. We work to prevent problems and if one occurs, solve it as it arises. We inspect our own work continuously and perform thorough final inspections before we walk through with you. Our goal is to eliminate the punch list! Perhaps exceedingly ambitious in the construction industry, but we’ll always try.
When commissioning mechanical systems, we assemble a comprehensive, organized operating and warranty manual and take the owner’s representative step-by-step through the operations of each system and component.
If a system fails to perform due workmanship we performed, we’ll fix it. We’ll make it right. Period. We will never disappoint a customer. We’re that confident and you will be too in the integrity of our work, our people, and our company. |
